My practice covers all Kentucky state and federal courts. I was born and raised in Madisonville, Kentucky, where my father, Thomas E. Turner, has practiced law for almost forty years. My sister, Michelle, is also an attorney in Louisville.
During law school at the University of Kentucky College of Law, I clerked for Peter Perlman in Lexington, a nationally known plaintiff's attorney and past President of the national trial lawyers association. After graduating, I served for two years as law clerk to U.S. District Judge Joseph H. McKinley, Jr. in Owensboro, who presides over civil and criminal cases in federal courts in Owensboro and Bowling Green. Since that time I have focused on catastrophic injury and high profile malpractice and sexual abuse cases throughout central and western Kentucky. This background gives me valuable knowledge of courts and attorneys throughout the state.
